He is survived by: his sons, Craig Bradford Chappell (Flora) and Stan T Chappell (Becky); his siblings, Dick Chappell (Myrna) and Neva Hutchings (Gerald); his sisters-in-law, Eva and Irene Chappell; and his foster daughter Kate Martin. He is also survived by his children, 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
His contribution to his family, his community, and his country were principles that governed his life.
