It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kirk L Herbert of Monroe, Utah, who passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Lewis and Maurine Lewis; his grandparents, Afton and Merle Memmott; and his grandchildren, Aspen Herbert, Tyler Madsen and Lillie Herbert.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Memmott Herbert; his children, Lynette Madsen (Ross), Dale Herbert (Lori), Kristy Herbert, Karylene Colby (Wade) and Greg Herbert; and his brother Val Herbert. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
