As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jackie Cecil may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He is survived by : his children, Tracy Lynn (Jim), Jacqueline Janice (Travis), Aaron Clifford (Lynnett) and Josi Janell (Richard); and his wife Carol. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Monticello Stake Center (165 S Main St, Monticello, UT 84535). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.

Jack grew more full of hope, faith, charity, and the purest love throughout his life.
