With sadness, we share the passing of Eileen Peterson Johnson (Morgan, Utah). Eileen, born on February 21, 1928, passed away on November 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Eileen for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Nels Cleveland and Edith Malan Peterson; husband: John; children: Lowell (Joyce), Paul (Chris), Greg (Kayleen), Malan (Deanne), and Ron (Leslie); brothers: Mack and Robert Peterson; great-grandchildren: Joslynn Johnson and Kai Johnson; friend: Gwen Francis; and many aunts, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins, friends, and caregivers.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Morgan LDS Rock Church (10 W Young St, Morgan, UT 84050). A burial will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at the South Morgan Cemetery (335 S State St, Morgan, UT 84050). In 2020, when Covid hit, mom and her friend, Gwen Francis, sewed 1, 125 pajama bottoms for the kids at Primary Children's Hospital.

John and Eileen had all the characteristics of a strong work ethic, patriotism, frugality, resilience, and contributions made during challenging times.
