She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cox and Arvella Cox. She is survived by: her niece Sherie; her daughter Sherie Carter (Tel); and her siblings, Linda Herman, Randy Cox (Carrie) and Doug Cox (Kim). She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and their spouses, and her many great-nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Morgan Stake Center (355 N 700 E, Morgan, UT 84050).
