He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Francis and Jessie Francis; and his wife LaJean Marchant Shaw. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey S. (Lucille) of Morgan, Mitchell S. (Tracy) of Morgan, G. Kirk (Adara) of Mt. Green, Wade T. (Jenny) of Clinton and Gina N. McInelly (Chad) of Ogden, Utah.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 16 adorable great-grandchildren.
