She is survived by: her husband Kent Noyes; her daughters, Nikeshia Noyes and Sydnee Noyes; her stepson Brandon Noyes; her children, Tyson Noyes and Katie Noyes; her parents, Phil Thompson (Colleen Carter) and Sandie Thompson (Doug); her siblings, Kelly Carter, Rusty Carter (Jody), Heidi Parker (Scott) of Oklahoma and Cody Carter (Sandra); and her stepbrothers, Randy Higley (Erica) and Tyler Higley. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
