He was predeceased by: his parents, George Deloy and May Elizabeth Kunz Brown; his former wife Norma June Child; his sisters, Delores Rae Young and LaRee Carothers; his daughter Tamra Lee Brown Potokar (Potokar); and his stepdaughter Laura Kay Parker Graves.

He is survived by: his son Paul Kay Brown (Kathleen); his wife Monica Sue; his sons, Blair Brown (Dawn), Steven Parker (LeeAnn), Russell Parker (Terry) and Rick Potokar; his sons-in-law, Rick Potokar, Russell Parker (Terry), Steven Parker (LeeAnn), Paul Brown (Kathleen) and Blair Brown (Dawn); and his brother Val Brown (Laura). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
