He is survived by: his wife Joyce Howell (Snow); his children, David Howell (Tammy), Denna Woodbury (Scott), Mark Howell (Julie), Nathan Howell (Jodi), MaryAnn Dean (Brian) and Jonathan Howell (Anna); and his brothers, Leonard Howell (Lin) and Steven Howell (Debra).
