She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shirley Erekson and Jennie Elaine Wright; and her siblings, William Benbow, Elaine and Shirley.

She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Della Piana (Kent Anderson), Julie O'Leary (David), Carolyn Macfarlane (Shelley McMurdie), Michelle Macfarlane (Jeff Hagen), Mike Macfarlane and Jeff Macfarlane. She is also survived by her six children, 17 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
