He is survived by: his wife Olga Vasquez; his children, Glenda, Shelley (Epoki Mahina), Carissa, Ken (DeEtte) and Bradley; and his siblings, Lon (Pam), Kent, Jon (Edith) and Tina. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
