He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl I. Jacobson and Thelma L. Austin; and his sister Loreen Berlin. He is survived by: his pet Buddy; his former spouses, Lynette Orgil and LaDawn Jacobson; his wife Melody Burt; his children, Brenda Dougan (Gary), Kris Jacobson, Devin Jacobson (Rachel) and Kellie Stephens (Quentin); and his brother Cardell Jacobson (Rosanne). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 6180 S 850 E St, Murray, UT 84107. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
