Bowden (Bobette Bowden); and his nieces, Whitney Anne Bowden (Vien Chantharath) and Emily Ellen Bowden Fenton (Ryan Fenton).
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM.
