He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Caputo and Mary Lupo. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Amy), Mark (Signe) and Darin (Penny). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Chapel (4760 S State St, Murray, UT 84107).
At his request, in lieu of flowers, "Take your sweetheart to Dinner".
