He is survived by: his wife Margo Denise McDade; his daughters, Emily Moyle (Spencer) of South Jordan and Ashley Midgely (Edward) of Tooele, Utah; his grandchildren, James, Abby and Carson; Ron Grant (Martha), Joyce Rosenlof (Tim) and Janice Grant.
