He is survived by: his wife Carma Evans; his children, Scot Evans (Jessie), Jason Evans (Deborah) and Ashley Evans; his brother Lloyd Evans; his grandchildren, Hollie Evans (AJ Hernandez), Taylor Evans (Kylee Alcorn), Courtney DeVito (Nick), Torey Cook (Jen Syme), Anna Evans, Desirae Broadhead (Preston), Zach Williams, Brandon Williams, Kylee Williams and Talyn Evans; and his great grandchildren, Carson Smith, Gradie Braithwaite, Trevon Braithwaite, River Broadhead, Meadow Broadhead, Kashton Alcorn, Brixton Evans and Indy Hernandez.
