He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter William Cook and Zoe Venice Rollins; his sisters, Ethel Wheeler (Loy), Alice Alley and Linda Merryweather; his nephew Mont Wheeler; and his niece Sandi Sherman.
He is survived by: his aunt Bertha "Beetie" Cottrell; his friend Doug Killam; his former wife Joan Laverne Wood; his daughter Sherry; his cousins, Betty and Paul; his wife Sherry U. Cook; his children, Keri Stone (Darren), Holly Rabanne (Michael), Doug Cook (Heidi), James Crowley and Joe Crowley (Chandra); his brother Scott Cook; and his brother-in-law Clyde Alley. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
