He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Marie Gaddis; his children, Jaiden, Braxton, Booker and Letty Swensen; and his siblings, Seth Carwyn (Christine), Nathan Swensen (Tyra), Jennifer Palmer (Roger), Carmen McMackin, Morgan Swensen (Kira), Justin Swensen (Katie), Natalie Cook (Adam) and Meghan Worsencroft (Brigham).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverview Park Pavilion (5844 S 700 W, Murray, UT 84123).
