She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Peterson and Lawaine Peterson; and her husband Grant. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Hansen (Darren), Nicole Thurman (Mike) and Lindsey Maestas (Jason); her stepdaughters, Sharon Anderson (Dave) and Ann Robinson (Guy); her grandchildren, Ivy Hansen West (David), Alex Hansen (Abbie), Zavien Maestas and Ezekiel Maestas; her stepgrandchildren, David, Chantelle, Holly, Andrew, Kelsey and Brittany; and her sister Sandra Taylor (Roe).
The loss of Grant in August 2024 deeply affected Judy, and her Alzheimer's progressed more rapidly in the absence of his companionship and care.
