He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Albert Adrian Dahlstrom and Edla Edith Matilda Karlsson; his wife Nina Lou Chidester; and his siblings, Stig Dahlstrom, Sylvia Ouzounian and Sten Dahlstrom.
He is survived by: his brother Bengt Dahlstrom; his children, Lisa Dahlstrom and Dennis Kay (Collette Dahlstrom); and his granddaughter Lynzie Buxton (Nick). He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hyland Lake Ward (981 Revere Cir, Salt Lake City, UT 84117). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
