She was predeceased by: her parents, Santiago Campos Gallegos and Inez Romero Armijo; her husband Robert "Bob" Kofoed; her grandsons, Thomas Flores Herrera and Brennan Herrera; her siblings, James "Jimmy" Gallegos, Moises "Mo" Gallegos and Dee Rollins; her brother-in-law Wendell "Swede" Erickson; and her nephews, John Jerome "JJ" Gallegos and Derek Gallegos.
She is survived by: her children, Marty (Traci Herrera), Jeff (Kim Herrera), Francine Herrera of Murray, Utah and Marcy Herrera of Orange, California; her sister-in-law Sue Ellen Gallegos of Taylorsville, Utah; her sister Angie Erickson of Murray, Utah; her brother-in-law Marv Rollins; and her sister Margie (Mike Francis). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
