It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luxie Marie Merkl (Murray, Utah), who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Anton Merkl and Shirley Merkl; and her son Terry. She is survived by : her husband Jay Hurst; her sons, Tony (Jama), Tim (Tia) and Tom (Heidi); and her sister Linda Barns (Wayde). She is also survived by nieces, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
