He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice J. Bissell and Flora Ruth Hauser Bissell; his wife Karma Burton; and his siblings, John Bissell, Ziska Waters (Vaur), Wilda Hone (Kenneth), Rae Sheffield (Wendell), Edna Davis (Everett), JoAnn Steele (Norman), Wanda Jex (Gene) and Anna Andersen (Roy).
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Collard (Harry); his daughters, Linda McComb (Steve) and Brenda Cox (Michael); his grandchildren, Taylor (Tammy), Garrett, Kenzie (Jared), Danielle (Eric), Mallory (Trevor), Bailey, Colton and Kaiden; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Paetyn, Lyncoln, Rylee, Breelyn, Austin, Braxton, Mason, Quinton, Ainzlee, Jaxon, Houston, Cooper, Dylan and Adelynn.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Church (5750 S Nena Way, Murray, UT 84107).
