He is survived by: his wife Carole Elizabeth Andrews; his children, Diane Heinz (Kirk), Lynn Shelton and Brad Shelton; his grandchildren, Amanda Heinz, Tyler Heinz, Ashley Bergener (Monty), Sara Heinz, Emily Shelton and Cole Shelton; and his sister Glenda Lehmkuhl.
