She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Martinez; her siblings, Gina Vigil (Andy) and Roger Gallegos; her children, Alphonso Leon Hendricks Jr. and Chelsea Martinez; and her grandchildren, Isaac, Alex, Eli, Arihanna, Joshua and Galileo.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Affordable Funerals & Cremations - Salt Lake (4387 S 500 W, Murray, UT 84123). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:30 PM at the Herriman Cemetery (12465 Pioneer St, Herriman, UT 84096).
