He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Maxine; and his sister Diane Sorenson. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Lexi, Aspen, Rylee and Oakley; and his siblings, Carol Burk (Steve), Barbara Holt (Dave), Kent Livsey (Tammi) and Susan Hickenlooper (Charles). He is also survived by his wife, daughters, granddaughters.
