He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Warenski Farnsworth and LaDon Farnsworth. He is survived by: his children, Alan Farnsworth (Alley), Matthew Farnsworth (Heather), Aaron Farnsworth (Mollie), Andrea Mertlich (Matthew) and Allison Farnsworth.
