She is survived by: her parents, Carolyn R. Sanders and George A. Sanders; her husband William W. Parkinson; her sister Kristie Dale Sanders; her daughter Kimberly Tess Mitchell; her son-in-law Brian Paul Mitchell; her grandchildren, Charlie Tess Reopelle, Andrew George Strong, Sequoya Daniel Tsosie, David Tanner Tsosie, Isobel Rowan Mitchell and Mason William Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Beck Reopelle, Nova Green and Soleil Green.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Clubhouse of the Three Fountains of Cottonwood (5050 S 3 Fountains Cir, Murray, UT 84107).
