He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Litson and Shirley Crabtree Ottley; and his sister Kay Paul. He is survived by: his son Brian Dee Ottley (Rebekah); his wife Sharen Ottley; his sister Marcia Orr (Richard); and his grandchildren, Cameron Litson Ottley, Lauren Beth Ottley, Kara Bryn Ottley and Abby Grace Ottley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home (4760 S State St, Murray, UT 84107). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
