He was predeceased by: his parents, Orven James and Delipha Nye Moon; his wife Urma Moon; and his brothers, Clive Moon and Alton Moon.
He is survived by: his children, Charolette Bond and Lynn Moon (Destiny); and his sister Karen Peterson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Myton Chapel (75 East Main Street, Myton, UT 84052). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Duchesne City Cemetery (700 US-191, Duchesne, UT 84021).
