We announce the death of Susan Nielsen in Myton, Utah, who passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 81. Susan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria Ada Denison Thomas and Theodore Williams Thomas Jr. When; her husband Floyd LaMar Nielsen; her brothers, Guy and Teddy Thomas; her parents-in-law, Olive Young and Orson Lamar Nielsen; and her brothers-in-law, Keith and Leon Nielsen.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Nielsen (Kathy) of Roosevelt, Utah, Russ Nielsen (Sharon) of Myton, Utah, Suzie Nielsen of West Valley, Utah, Sandee Cramer (Brett) of Roosevelt, Utah, Sheila Birchell (Trent) of Myton, Utah, Jill Jensen (Mike) of Cedarview, Utah and Julie Perkins (Bryan) of Myton, Utah; her sisters, Cindee and Charla; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Nielsen (Shelly), Renae Grant (Byron), Linda Nielsen and Lisa Nielsen. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
