She is survived by: her parents, Natalie Petereit (John) and Jon Petereit (Kate); her children, Lance Christopher Welch and Samantha Jane Welch; her siblings, Tonja Glad, Jonathon Petereit, Jordan Petereit (Kaleigh), Teralin Petereit and Tiahna Petereit; and her grandmother Kalae Knight.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nelson Family Mortuary (4780 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wellsville Cemetery (400 N 200 E, Wellsville, UT 84339).
