It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greg Brooksby of Neola, Utah, born in Santa Monica, California, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorum Eldon and Afton Ford Brooksby; his former life partner Irene Thatcher Allen; his sisters, Ineta Carpenter, Shannon Smith and Arcola Brooksby; and his grandchildren, Tucker Dee Brooksby, Darryl J. Brooksby, Jessica S. Brooksby and Jackson Gilbert.
He is survived by : his former life partner Teresa Ann Tait; his son Anthony "Tony" (Angel); his wife JoAnn Whiting Brooksby of Neola, UT; his children, Ted Brooksby (Denise) of Roosevelt, UT, Brenda Brooksby (Max Dickens) of Rio Rancho, NM, Gregory Brooksby (Mandy), Trevor Brooksby (Reyannon) of Dutch John, UT and Landen Brooksby of Bend, OR; and his siblings, Brandt Brooksby of Alpine, UT, Wade Brooksby of Payson, AZ and Launa Spendlove of Fredonia, AZ.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
