He was predeceased by : his father Wayne Welch; and his brothers, Kent and Robert Welch. He is survived by : his mother Kathleen Nostrom; and his siblings, Gary Porter, Lana Ruggirello (Paul) and Wanda Zeeman. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces, and uncles.
