She was predeceased by : her parents, William Paul and Zola Mary Taylor Warthen; and her siblings, Carma Warthen and Ronald Mac Warthen. She is survived by : her sisters, Gayle Heninger of Thousand Oaks, California, Dixie Newell of Washington, Utah and Patsy Harmon of Nephi, Utah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
