Viewing was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM and at 10:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Nephi 1st Ward Chapel (200 S 100 E, Nephi, UT 84648).
