He was predeceased by : his father James Kelser; and also Leroy Tollard. He is survived by : his mother Shirley Taylor; his sister Renne Kesler; his nephew Robert Mccollum; his great-nephew Scott Mccollum (Gage); and his great-nieces, Arrian, Olivia Mccollum and Mckinley Matthews. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Great Nephews and Nieces.
