Verl Robert Wilkey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Verl Robert Wilkey of Nephi, Utah, born in Payson, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Verl leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wilkey and Helen Wilkey. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Wilkey; his daughters, Tammy (Scott), Cathy (James) and Carla (Fizz); his siblings, Pam, Scott, David and Ricky; and his caregiver Angela Roundy. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (94 W 300 N, Nephi, UT 84648). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vine Bluff Cemetery (1200 N 400 E, Nephi, UT 84648).
