He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Weldon Anderson and Teresa Marie Manwaring. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hansen Anderson; his children, Christian (Sara), Mindy (Tyson), Nate (Nicole), AJ (Jessica) and Shelly (Jared); his siblings, Kathleen Anderson, Beth Hulet, Steve, Diane, Linda and Nancy; and his grandchildren, Caralynn and Lynden. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, cousins and nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calendar Newton Church (76 S 100 W, Newton, UT 84327). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. He and Paula served a service mission managing the Logan Bishop's Storehouse just as the COVID pandemic began. And they never ran out of toilet paper!Photography, kayaking, four-wheeling with grandchildren and collecting hats and interesting things were a few of his many hobbies.
