She was predeceased by: her parents, Virden Nelson and June Smith Nelson; her son Matthew Melvin Broadhead; and her brother Lyn E. Nelson (Lynda Lowe). She is survived by: her children, Brett Darin Broadhead (Tricia Knowles), Brandon Jay Broadhead, Dustin Jo Broadhead, Clay Alvey Broadhead (LeAnn Galloway) and Jodi Lyn Simpson; and her siblings, Ronald Kent (Jolene), Linda Bringhurst (late Terrell Joseph Bringhurst), JaNae Henderson (Patrick), Julie Ashby (Richard), Reed August (Julie) and Royd Robert (Kate). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
