He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Devon, Cheyenne (Daniel), Chantry, Michael (Jacque), Daniel (Cassie), LJ and Sam; his siblings, Jerrilyn Bingham (late Ron), Julia Brewer, Jackie Privett (late Casey), Tami Murray, Jean Mather (Brad), Patricia Rodgers (Russ), David West (Kathy), John West (Shauna) and Tim West (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Robert Murray. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
