He is survived by: his children, MaryJane Seely (Mike), Erin Rust (Zane) and Craig Ellsworth (Sherrill); and his siblings, Karen Craft, Karmen Roberts and Kim Ellsworth. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.
