He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lemon and Lula Lemon; and his son-in-law Shawn Hall. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hill Baxter; and his children, Janet Plowman (Brian), Mike Lemon (Kathy), Crystal Reeder (Chris) and Lori Hall. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
