He was predeceased by : his parents, Merrill Eugene Cook and Margaret Iva Richards Cook; and his wife Marva Daines. He is survived by : his siblings, Paul Cook, Bobbi Saunders (Reed) and Myrlene Thorpe (Tim); and his children, Suann Cannon (Doug), Layne Cook (Kelley), Douglas Cook (Jennifer), Julie Horn (Shelby) and Carol Day (Darin). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
