He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ferdinand and Martha Posnien Prawitt; his wife Diana Van Alfen; his daughter Laurie; his granddaughter Kindra Foley; his great grandchild Jameson Foley; and his sister Doris Ford.
He is survived by: his children, George and Diana; his grandchildren, Gregory G. Prawitt (Debra), Laurie Diana Foley (Michael R.), Carolyn Whittington (Kevin) and Douglas F. Prawitt (Meryll); and his sisters, Linda Booth and Alice Green. He is also survived by his children, 24 grandchildren and 58 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Book Hotel Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary (2140 N Washington Rd Blvd, North Ogden, UT 84414). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary (2140 N Washington Rd Blvd, North Ogden, UT 84414). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Book Hotel Ben Lomond Cemetery (526 E 2850 N, North Ogden, UT 84414).
