He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Caprus Hotze (Klaus) of Landesbergen, Germany, Callette Nielsen of Seattle, Washington and Burke Cooper Nielsen of Pleasant View, Utah; his grandchildren, Melissa Krywualt (Lorenz), Jayson Hotze, Katherine Elizabeth Cole (John) and Madeleine Klaire Nielsen; and his sisters-in-law, Cherill and Wendy.
