She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Ann Noble Tracy; her husband Clifford Odean Nelson; her sons, Douglas Todd Nelson and Jeffery Lynn Nelson; her father James Benjamin Tracy; and her siblings, Lavon Hasting, Marie Sloan, Zelda Rassmussen, Wanda Tracy, Kay Tracy, Jay Tracy, Naomi Forward, Shirl Tracy, Shirley Tracy and Paul Tracy.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Odean Nelson of Layton, Utah and Julie Checketts of Liberty; her grandchildren, Benjamin Nelson of Plain City, Ryan Nelson of Plain City, Ashley Schnabel of Gig Harbor and Brook Nelson of Riverdale; and her sisters, Judy Hunsaker of Logan and Sharon George of Coos Bay, Oregon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Fork Ward (4279 North 2200 East, Liberty, UT 84310). A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lindquist's Memorial Gardens (1718 Combe Rd, Ogden, UT 84403).
