He is survived by : his wife Kandis Coburn; and his children, Curtis (Darla) of North Ogden, UT, Steven (Julie) of Meridian, ID, Karen Wang (Peter) of Mesa, AZ, Brent (Stephanie) of American Falls, ID, Julie Bezzant (Shane) of Mesa, AZ, Matthew (Marie) of Cincinnati, OH and Michael of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
