He is survived by: his mother Karen Rhonda Willie Worthen; his wife Taralyn Wright; his sons, Caden T., Cole S., Jarrett O., Jackson L. and Kamden J.; his father Wesley Worthen (Katie); his sister Shonnie Sessions (Kevin); his siblings' children, Jake, Mialee and Kendyl; his sister Bailee Cevering (Justin); his in-laws, Scott and MariAnn Wright; his sibling-in-law Whitney Gines (Wade); his siblings' children, Emery, Penny and Russell; his siblings-in-law, Jessica Bickle (Jesse) and Zach Wright (Linley); and his siblings' child Kayson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations for the boys be made at any American First Credit Union Account under Tyler Worthen's (Taralyn Worthen) name.
