He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace A. Lish (Bus) and Nellie Blanche King Lish; and his siblings, Allen Lish, Mary Ellen Lish, Ann Lish Bennett (Val Dee) and Nausbaum (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Cherie Lindsay; and his children, Juli Lyn Lish, Jennifer Lish Thornley and Todd Lish (Teresa).
